Gulmarg Heliski operations and safety is run by NZ mountain guides Mr Tim O’Leary who owns and operates Alpine Heliski in Queenstown NZ from July to September every year www.alpineheliski.co.nz. Tim and his guides regularly guide private clients on Heliski expeditions to Alaska, Canada, Japan and the Himalaya.

Gulmarg Heliski is owned and managed by Mr Martin Jones (NZ distributor for K2 skis) and Kashmir business partner Mr Billa Bakshi owner of Gulmarg Global Hotel, Bakshi Backpackers and Restaurant, and Gulmarg Powder Guides.

The company directors are experienced and specialize in ski and mountain business and tourism. They are charged with ensuring a professional business operation with client satisfaction and safety as paramount requirements for Gulmarg Heliski.
